We started making chocolate in 2010 with the goal of producing premium, direct trade artisanal chocolate where the cacao is grown. Over the past decade we’ve grown from a small thatch roofed hut to a world class factory with modern European machinery and international food safety management systems producing some of the best chocolate in the world.
Pod Chocolate currently has four locations in Indonesia, Pod Factory (our latest export-ready factory located in Mengwi, Badung), Pod Sanur (our flagship store and office in Sanur, Denpasar), and Pod Airport located in Domestic Departure of Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali and Juanda International Airport Surabaya.
Pod Chocolate also produces chocolate for hotels, restaurants, airports and retail as well as fun, unique and interesting chocolate experiences and tours at its outlets in Bali.

Your Role:
Support Junglegold Bali (previously Pod Chocolate) to become Indonesia’s leader in premium chocolate.
Requirements :
- Usia minimal 22 tahun
- Minimal pendidikan SMA/Sederajat
- Berpengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar Microsoft Office
- Berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan
- Memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam memimpin team
Deskripsi Pekerjaan Loker Bandung:
- Memastikan target penjualan tercapai
- Menjalankan prosedur dan administrasi sesuai dengan SOP yang sudah dibuat dan ditetapkan dalam menunjang Operation
- Melakukan control dan check terhadap inventory store serta membuat report harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
- Melaksanakan Stock Opname di store sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan dengan penuh tanggung jawab
- Memastikan standar kualitas, layanan pelanggan terpenuhi, menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan masalah pelanggan
- Mengatuf shift staff di toko.
